Unable to start after standby mode

Hi all,

i am currently facing this situation such that everytime my computer went into standby mode, I am unable to restart the com and it hangs when i tried restarting. But the funny thing is that sometimes it works while I restart.Any idea wat is the problem with the com? izzit problem with the mainboard? HDD ? or anything else?

Is this PC laptop or desktop? If desktop there is no advantage of using XP Hibernation & standby.

Hi,

This is a desktop, anyway, I did not set it to hibernation or standby by itself. The options has been off. haha ~
