unable to run gpedit.msc

i can't run the command gpedit.msc it shows an error of windows can't find gpedit.msc
Then you may do a File>Save As... and save it as gpedit.msc

it is that 20% bandwiddth speed is reserved by windows to remove that reservation i wanted to use gpedit.msc but i cannot use this command so don't know how to remove it.

Further to the above post, M$ also discredited the 20% QoS bandwidth reservation claims by stating the following:
There have been claims in various published technical articles and newsgroup postings that Windows XP always reserves 20 percent of the available bandwidth for QoS. These claims are incorrect. The information in the "Clarification about QoS in end computers that are Running Windows XP" section correctly describes the behavior of Windows XP systems.

You have heard from the best on the net here. The answer is clear. Anything else is bogus. Disregard any and all sites that gave you that information.

first of all i say that i am not totaly a newbie but when u see the reviews of so many people saying that its great and it worked then some time u should try and then judge it, i was only trying what's the harm in it.

Once again there is NO gpedit.msc in your version of Windows XP. Find something else better to do & Stop wasting your time!
