unable to open control pannel

Guys i got a problem when im trying to open my control panel i get this error message "unable to load 1.9.0.0 of iconv.dill" can any one help me out with this,im really stuck without the access to control panel. W.Janarthanan Colombo Sri Lanka

run sfc /scannow if you have the XP installation disc so that any damaged windows files are replaced. You may also want to do a system restore Hopefully my advice will help you...Please post back with your results....thanks

You might be able to download iconv.dll here: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/d... You might also want to run a spyware/virus scan.
