Guys i got a problem when im trying to open my control panel i get this error message "unable to load 1.9.0.0 of iconv.dill" can any one help me out with this,im really stuck without the access to control panel.

run sfc /scannow if you have the XP installation disc so that any damaged windows files are replaced.

You may also want to do a system restore

Could it be iconv.dll and not dill?

You might be able to download iconv.dll here:

You might also want to run a spyware/virus scan.
