Comment: When trying to log onto outlook 2002 keep getting message, enter network user name and password but will not accept them.

More info re: post unable to log onto outlook 2002. E-mail was working until 5 days ago when was unable to send or receive.I replaced all data on drive using ghost, but still have same problem, "enter network pwrd & username", which of course it doesn't accept. Any helpwould be appreciated.
