Unable To Find Molex Splitter Cable

Hello,
I have been unable to locate a Molex Splitter Cable; which has a Male and Female 4 Pin Molex Connector with about 2 inches of wires between them, then connected by wires to the Male Molex Connector there is a 3 Pin Case Fan Connector, does anyone know where I could find one of these as I have looked everywhere to no avail?

Almost, but the 3 Pin Case Fan Connector needs to be a 3 Pin Male Case Fan Connector and preferably in the USA.

Notice the one down the page aways with the RPM connector wire.
