Comment:

I have scanned my computer with NAV CE and there are no viruses on my computer, just to clear that right away, I have run spyot S&D and Adaware with latest versions and updates aswell, all is clear with these things, but when i try to run Regedit from the Run commmand prompt I am unable to access it, I am however able to run it by opening it through windows explorer. When I try to open it with the run prompt, it simply attempts to open it and then does nothing, If anyone has any suggestions they would be more than greatly appreciated, thanks alot.
