I am having Gatewall 3.1 as proxy server, i found out that i couldn't go to msn.com, gmail.com, and even this site.I think i have some configuration i miss out.Is my first time using this proxy server.Please Help. Thanks.!!

I am not familiar with that product so I can't offer more precise help, but most routers/firewalls have logging features that can be enabled to see what/why something is being blocked. Recommend you enable all the possible logging you can and closely monitor.
Additionally when checking connectivity issues to various services/ports/sites, be sure to check from a 2nd computer (if available) to rule out whether it is client specific or actually being blocked by the router/firewall.
Someone else can probably offer better advice with specifics to your product, but for now...
