Hi eldesh, XpUser4Real, hello everyone,

eldesh,

In Internet Explorer select Tools and Internet Options.

Click on the Security tab and Restricted Sites.

Click on Sites.

Look for *.migcentral.com or www.migcentral.com. It may also show up as the ip address; 72.29.74.55.

Remove all of those.

A shot in the dark...

1. I presume you have a router for your PCs. Is it blocking this site?

2. Is your ISP blocking it?

Hi XpUser,

Yes I have a D-link DSL504 router.
I don't know if the router is blocking this site. How do I check.
How do i check if my isp is blocking. We all use different browsers but the main account is with BTopenworld.com.

First, My Daughter is unable to access www.migcentral.com. When she uses a computer at the local library in the U.K. can access the above page.

Second, We all use different browsers

My feelings is that the problem lies with your ISP. To be sure, go into D-link router to make sure the site isn't being blocked. On the browser, type in http://192.168.1.1/ This will take you straight to the router configuration menu.
