Well this is the problem.I got 2 dsl routers, each one with dhcp, and two workgroups. Each router has 12 PC connected on it through switch. Each PC has manually set IP 192.168.1.x/255.255.254.0 and 192.168.2.x/255.255.254.0 . I have real trouble connecting the two workgroups (mainly for sharing a printer through to the second workgroup). The workgroups don't see each other. (there are 4 switches-2 for each group and are connected like SW1<->SW2<->SW3<->SW4 ********|******| *****Rout1**Rout2 )
(sry everyone for my writing)

Do you have 2 internet connections, 2 dsl modems, is that why you have 2 routers. I'm just guessing here but why don't you put them all on the same workgroup? 192.168.1.x? If you manually set the ip address of each one you could just set the gateway for half of them on one router 192.168.1.1 and the other half on the other router 192.168.2.1. That is if you have 2 dsl connections and you want to get the most out of each of them. If you have manually set the ip address of each computer you can turn off the dhcp on router as that assigns addresses to computers.
