I have 1 PC and i am just asking if i could have 2 Monitors. Each one with another use. like for example i could use one for MS-Word and the other MS-PowerPoint.

You can have two monitors but you can't manipulate XP into doing what you hope to achieve.

why not?
if his video card has an additional vga capable out..right now i am scanning negatives on one monitor and web surfing on the other, toggling back and forth...is this what you mean to do, sadiq?

I mean that I want to have 2 Desktops. Is there anyway that I can have 2 Desktops, In one computer. Is there a Graphic Card needed or any other thing............ Like is said for Example: One desktop Surfing the Web and the other Desktop Using Microsoft Word

an ATI radeon 9600 XT for example...it has a regular vga monitor outout and a dvi monitor output, plug your regular monitor in like always and use the usually supplied dvi-to-vga adapter and plug in the second monitor...right click on desktop, select properties, select settings, select advanced, under the displays tab-"turn on" the second monitor by clicking the button on the upper left corner of the "monitor" icon, click apply then ok, under display properties-select the secondary-change the resolution and select extend my windows desktop onto this monitor

Will I'll ber able to use both the Monitors in different purpose. Like 2 Desktops one MS-Word and the Other MS-Powerpoint
