Tweaking utilities help

Hey people, I need some help on a good tweaking utility. I got XP Pro, AMD XP 2100+ and i just want some recommendations by you guys for a good .. well, not good, but GREAT! tweaking tool. I already got Microsoft's TWEAKUI .. but that's just standard pc .. with the exception of Tweak XP Pro, TweakNOW Powerpack 2003 ,X-Setup, MagicTweak ,Winboost ... which other app is good ,no, i mean GREAT! ??

Summary: Start/run and type in "gpedit.msc" without the quotes. Best damn built in tweaking utility out there, period. Only works though with XP Pro. KTTD ...
