TV/FM Radio Tuner Card

Is there a way to check if the TV/FM Tuner Card has power to it? Everything worked just fine before the Motherboard went bad. After replacing the motherboard the TV and FM Radio do not work. I did look inside the computer and the wires seem to be plugged. The program for the TV and FM comes up just fine but no picture or sound.
Thanks for any help

What caused the MBoard to go bad?

Did you check the Device Manager? Does the system know the card is there?

I do not know what caused the MBoard to go bad. It could have been a power spike. I just don't know.
In Device Manager under "Sound, Video & Controllers" there is a Conexant TVTuner. I double clicked that and a box comes up with info in it. One of the things is "This device is working properly". I don't know if that is it or not.

In response to your response #3, TV tuner cards are touchy to get the software working properly. I suggest you Boot to safe mode and remove all instances of the card. Shutdown and remove the card. Reboot and install the software for the card. Shutdown and install the card and reboot. When Windows finds the new hardware point to the correct drivers. The issue is sometimes Windows wants to install generic drivers. With any Tuner card I have worked with all the driver files must be from the same version of the driver.

Also. make sure the card is set as the default playback device under "Sounds" in Control panel.
