Turning off ics on client computer

Internet gateway host computer with a dial up modem using ICS.I have one XP and 5-98 computers running through a switch, everything worked at first and still does except the icons on the client computers all disappeared after about 2 months, now they can't turn off the internet, I've read several posts and articles on the subject but can't seem to find the answer Help! What can I do?

I'll assume you've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Internet Gateway on all the computers?

yes many times and changed network names twice, Todd
