Turned on PC no display on screen help

Specs: XP
Hi i am facing problem when turning the power on.There is no display.I tried to enter into the BIOS but couldn't.

Please help me to find out what is the problem and troubleshoot it.

you are getting any beep sound from your cpu speaker (if you connected),please tell me when u press the numlock key your keyboard light is on or die.

if the light was worked your cpu have no broblem.

what is your video card (its on board vga or add on card)

Try this:

Remove the computer power cord (and main battery for laptop computers)
Hold the ON button in for 20secs
Then put the power cord back in
Turn on.
Did it work?

A yellow,or orange, monitor indicator light indicates
no signal is getting to the monitor from the video
card. Could be the card is not sending a signal, or
problem with the cable or connectors.
Card may not be seated properly.
