When trying to access some sites I get a error message that I have to turn on cookies. I have tried all possible settings in the tools\internet options area of this computer but I still get the error message.

Ok this is kinda stupid I know, but if you go to (I think it's Best Buy) http://www.bestbuy.com it brings up a thing that says you indeed need to do something to allow that site. If you get THOSE instructions then you can do that for any site, not just bestbuy. This should work.
