Turn Off System Restore

Please tell me how to turn off or turn on Windows XP System Restore because when I go to System Restore Setting, the box to turn off System Restore is disabled. It shows 'Turn off System Restore (Disabled by Group Policy)'. How to to change it? Sakura

run gpedit.msc and try to find the setting for system restore. I'm to lazy to look thru it for you.
