Comment:

How exactly do I turn off file sharing? I have gone to networks, UNCLICKED the box that says "allow others access to this computer." I do not see a box there that says "file/print sharing" so I can UNCLICK it. Where is that box? Do I go to another area or ??

Right-click My Network Places, Properties, right-click your network connection, properties, uncheck it there.
