hey guys i am in a bit of a fix here. i dont know what the problem is but eversince i have installed windows XP it is not allowing me to run my C++ programs. i mean it does compile but it doesnot run it just shows the msdos window for a while and then gets back to the c++ window and everything becomes blur then. i have tried several times to copy the tcc files but diesnt really help and even tried the compatibilty option that has been provided by our friend. but sorry no use. guys plz help me i habve finals coming in a few days. ineed to get it working. plz plz plz :(

PS: in the minimized mode that is by not pressing the ALT + ENTER i can run it but then what is the use i am not able to see it .... help me guys

Have you tried opening a command prompt and running your compiled program there? Does your program just do calculations, or does it require interaction from you?

If no interaction is required, you might need to run the programs from a command prompt (i think win98 keeps the window open when it finishes, but XP closes the DOS window when the program ends)
