Could anyone tell me how I can uninstall Quicken. There are some corrupt files and thus the uninstaller won't work ("Error Launching Uninstaller" message. Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel does not work either. Thanks

Make sure your anti-virus is up-to-date, and run a complete scan.

Gabep,

When I try to re-install Quicken, the wizard says that the old Quicken must be uninstalled prior to the reinstall. It tries to do that, but to no avail. "Error Launching Uninstaller" message appears.

Are you familiar with editing the registry? If so, delete all references to quicken then reinstall quicken and uninstall. BACK UP THE REGISTRY BEFORE DELETING! Be back tomorrow. Good luck.
