trying to load XP in a IBM t21

OS: windos xp
CPU/Ram: PIII and 256 ram

I'm trying to install xp in my IBM T21
notebook.I'm able to install all the
floppys. when i get to insatlling to cd a
message comes up no cd-rom found. I've tried a DVD-rom and a CW-R and still no luck. Anyone out there that can help would
be great.

one of the six disks have cd-rom drivers on it. if the cd-rom did not install, then its probably outta whack
