so ya i was looking around for the answer and none of them seem to work for my situations
my laptop had gotten a virus which gave me more viruses and after a few mins i was overloaded with them
so i scaned my computer and of course before it finnished i triped over my power cord and never realised it and the computer died
now when i turn it on and log on it instantly logs me off and returns me back to the log on scren
im running xp and i dont have any of the cds and that stuff and could realy use some help
I'd also contact the manufacturer (you THINK it's IBM?) and see if you can obtain a reinstallation/recovery CD for your system. It should have been included when you bought the computer.
