Hi, I have many clients calling in with their Win XP & Vista troubleshooting problems, and I need a program that can detect their error codes & provide some kind of solution? I have found MKN_errorLookup_tool but this program is really very basic!!! Anything which works on Windows OS & detects all kinds of errors, application, drivers etc. Any help appreciated.

The correct spelling is MKN ErrorLookupTool. not MKN_errorLookup_tool. Why not ask MKN if they have a more advanced version?

Use the registry cleaner that's built in to CCleaner. It'll detect and repair the errors for you.
