please could somebody help me i have had this virus for two weeks now and cant get rid of it, i have norton antivirus and it wont delete it, i also downloaded the tool from them which is meant to fix this problem but it wont i do everyting it says like starting in safe mode and that but it just wont help. the virus is in the fonts somewhere i think please help! You need to disable "System Restore" from within Safe Mode before you apply the "magic fix". Follow the links on the above page, it will tell you how to do that. Hard lessons learnt are not easily forgotten.

vicky, Go to the link below, read all instructions then download the Trojan.Vundo.B Removal Tool (FxVundoB.exe file) which should get rid of that Trojan. The tool(FixVundo.exe file) at the other link posted by Justme is meant for another variant of this Trojan and won't get rid of the Trojan.Vundo.B variant that your computer is infested with.
