Comment:

Seems norton was able to delete the
virus. It does not show up in any scans.
But now my IE will not let me change the
home page. I have tried at least three
Trojan scanners and they find nothing. All
apears to be clean. But my IE goes to this
crappy search engine after every restart.
Is this a registry problem? I am afraid to
blow anything out. Thanks in advance...
brad

i seem to have gotten the Trojan.ByteVerify but i cannot remove it. i have nortons 2002 and it detects it but it will not quarentine the bug, nor will it let me send it to symantec for checking. it also will not delete it for me. i have tried manually to delete it but it is still there. any help out there ?
i am running win xp home.
