Trojan poblem

There this Trojan that is one of the system32 files on my cousins computer and I try to help but I can't delete or remove the file with antivirus...so what can I do?

you won`t be able to delete the file if the system is using it, via task manager click on the proccess tab there you will have a list of running proccess, minimise task manager open the file you cannot delete see if any files listed relate to any in the running proccess via task manager, if so end the connected proccess then delete the file. hth
