Can anyone help me before i detonate this hard drive with 4 tonnes of semptex?!

I have an infection on my system in a folder in 'My Documents'. Its Trojan Horse Dialer.13.BK. And no matter what I try and do, it will not be removed!!
I have run AVG antivirus in safe mode, it just detects it but wont remove it. I have even deleted the folder that was infected and emptied the recycle bin but its still listed as infected in the same file!! I have run various different programs like spybot S&D and adware SE and Spydoctor and they havent been able to remove it either.

Any suggestions??????????????

If AVG has already detected it and you can get the location of where the trojan is? Do a google search for a small free program called KillBox. The directions for using KillBox are as follows:

Perform the next instructions in exactly the same way as described. IN THE SAME ORDER:

Click killbox.exe.
In the menu on top, select Remove Item > Remove PendingFileRenameOperations
Then, in the menu again, select Tools > Delete Temp files.
Select the option "Delete on reboot".
In the field labeled "Full Path of File to Delete" copy and paste the full path to the file you want to remove:

Click the button: Single File (!important!)

Then press the button that looks like a red circle with a white X in it.
Killbox will tell you that the listed file will be removed on next reboot and asks if you would like to Reboot now, click YES

Your computer must reboot now.

type MRT in the start/run and see if the MS Malicious Removal Tool does anything.

And did you do all your scans in safe mode with system restore turned off so you don't reinfect yourself?
