I managed to get w32.hllp.handy and now the file it was attached to can't be deleted either by my Norton Antivirus 2003 or by me physically as it is saying, "it's being used by another program". Which I've been told means I now have a trojan. I can follow specific (but not hardcore) instructions to fix this if someone would please PLEASE be nice enough to offer the help I need!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This particular Virus infects Files in System Restore so - Disable System Restore to get rid of the infected Files therein -

and then go here and get your Computer Scanned...

Open the "Task Manager" = Hit the Ctrl+Alt+Del at the same time and then click on "Task Manager"

Look in the "Processes" window. = Click the Processes tab.

Hit the "End Task" button for everything that will allow itself to be turned off.

After that has been down, go to the file in question and DELETE IT.
