the computer will display fine on old monitor but acts up new RCA, LCD monitor. It goes to split screen and I cant change it thru control panel. I think it needs the proper driver for new monitor. friend does not have internet. Is it possable to find driver on my computer with internet and if so where.
Monitors generally don't need drivers. Look at the monitor specs & make sure to configure the display settings to the montior's native screen resolution & refresh rate. Unfortunately, you didn't bother to list the model number but I didn't know RCA made monitors? Are you using an RCA HDTV as a monitor?
