Hey guys, I need some help I have exhausted all possible clues and don't know how to fix this! Ok so I use Trillian Pro 3.0 and I have a MSN, Yahoo and AIM account all together. When I block someone on AIM and then unblock them I get disconnected, when I send someone a message and they respond I get disconnected but that only happens every once inawhile after being inactive. Now I reinstalled Trillian Pro 3 and then I uninstalled it and installed Trillian Basic and that didn't solve the problem. I didn't connect the Yahoo account and it seemed to be fixed but then it just went back to doing it again today. I have looked through all the options in Trillian many times and have checked over all other options. I have Yahoo DSL internet I have even emailed PC Magazine Software Expert and he was even stumped so I am hoping that one of my fellow forum members can help me out with this one, Thanks! I`m running trillian 3 basic on my xp system, I did find that it required the update to function correctly, it often wouldn`t conect to yahoo or if it did it dropped the connection untill I updated it, you probably know you can update by clicking on help then check for updates.
