Reply: (edit)Make sure you have the appropriate USB driver for it. Most times it's just plug-n-play, but I remember having to install specific USB drivers for my Samsung Z500's DCU-11 data cable. After you get that squared away, download and use Float's Mobile Agent (google it to find their site). It's probably the best and easiest utility for transferring files between your PC and cellphone. Don't bother using the software that comes with your RAZR. ~ Sarah C. ~~~~~~~ eMachines H2602 1.9ghz Athlon XP 2600+ 80gb HDD Primary 40gb HDD Secondary Windows XP Pro w/ SP2 512mb DDR PC2700

Reply: (edit)Desant The V3 is not a MP3 player. The newer V2** are. The newer should be seen as mass storage devices. The V3 requires Phone tools or some other software and you can't store and play music on it.
