Track files transferred in network

hi, i have a home network with a dlink router and host some files in my computer to share with computers in my network.
is there a way i can log, or a program that keeps track of, the files that the other computers have tranferred from my computer?
for example, if computer A copies abc.mp3 from my computer, a log of when the transfer was made and the name of the file that was transferred is created. it will be best if the solution is free, thanx!
