Touchpad Not working

Hi, My touchpad was working fine all day then i turned it on and it wasnt. The buttons didnt work and then the touchpad program,(the mouse properties) said it encontured a error i restarted, restored but nothing. What should i do. Also normal mouses work when i plug them in. Please Help Bye

I think I had a similar case, try pushing the windows icon button in the top right corner of your keyboard(thats where it is on my keyboard)then use your arrow keys to scroll up to control panel, select mouse by using arrow keys and then use the tab and arrow keys to open the mouse keypad pagetab and push enable and enter key to turn it on, I hope I got all that right, if not you should get the gist of it hope this helps

Hi, Its me again i got into the touchpad properties but there was no 'enable' it only said no hardware detected. My touchpad is defintly here, so what should i do?

try this, go into the same mouse window from the control panel and go to the hardware tab and either try to update driver or use the trouble shoot button
