I'm not familiar with and nothing shows up in a Google search for the name you provided.

You should definitely scan with a virus scanner (try http://free.grisoft.com) and a spyware scanner like Spybot (http://www.spybot.info).

If both of those fail to turn up anything go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com and try their online scan.

Are you absolutly positive on the spelling? Nothing shows up in google or wikepedia but the "Valu" part sure sounds like spyware.

I'm getting a message that says:

Disable or uninstall any anti-virus, disk defragmentation or backup utilities. Check your hard drive configuration, and check for any updated drivers. Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption, then restart your computer.

Technical information:

***STOP: 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x823CB1E0, 0xC0000102, 0x0000000)

How can I do what it says when I can't get into the computer because this blue page keeps coming up. I'm on a Windows XP. Toshiba Satellite laptop, if this is any help.

I can't boot into:

Safe mode
Safe mode with Networking
Safe mode with Command Prompt
Last known good configuration
Start Windows normally

I don't have my CD anymore to install Windows. What can I do? Please help!

You can email me at joshua_howarth@hotmail.com
