|Go to Start, Open all Programs list, look for Toshiba in the list. If there is an arrow on the right, go there and see what is listed. Look fo something on the order of "Toshiba TOUR".|
If anything there you should find a means of turning it off. You can also just delete the shortcut from the list.
The more I think about this, it could also be a Toshiba Video set as ScreenSaver.
Right click your Desktop and look for the ScreenSaver Tab. Choose another ScreenSaver, if you want one, else select NONE .
If it is a ScreenSaver any key will stop it.
There is nothing to learn from someone who already agrees with you.
