toshiba satillite p30/p35 reboot set up thing

Specs: Windows XP
hello. when i start up the laptop its fine until it gets to the part where it has the options
safe mode
safe mode netwrok
safe mode compact
go to last setting
start normally thing.
i press start normally and it will go to that windows xp load thing and stop mid way. then a blue screen will flash for a second and restart and go back to the reboot thing. i pressed safe mode and it just restarted and went back to the reboot i need help to fix it if possibly i do not have any reboot disk or anything like that. i just need to to act normally agian.

Tap the F8 Key on startup, you will get a full options menu and select:

"Disable automatic restat on system failure"

The Blue Screen will stay on screen and you can either post the error message here or search on Google..

Toshiba satellites are notorious for overheating. It's possible the heatsink is clogged with dust. If so, it's important that you get it cleaned out before you do permanent damage.

its says. disable or uninstall any anti-virus, disk defragmentation or back up utilites. chack hard drive connection,and check for any updated drives. run chkdsk /f to check for hard drive corruption.
