Why do you want xp drivers. Many manufactures don't offer xp drivers for their hardware. Vista is the new wave and with Windows 7 in the makings for release, you might better wait and do an upgrade in the near future.

There may not BE any WinXP drivers for some of the devices. They are new versions and WinXP drivers may not have been written for them.

Devices that are most problematic are HD sound and Wireless network. Many have never solved the HD sound issue.

If you wish to pursue this you must determine the exact hardware and search for drivers for those devices. Starting point to search would be the manufacturer of the hardware.

In the case of Realtek HD sound you may find a generic driver that produces some sound but it may not allow all the features you would have in Vista.

You MAY also find drivers that are linked to other computer models that do have drivers. Microsoft did allow some computer models to be built using WinXP even after the phaseout of XP. These were mostly business machines. They probably won't have HD sound but MAY have the same wireless networking.

Download SIW and learn what hardware you have. Get it below.

Sometimes help comes in the form of advice. I was just trying to find out why you need the xp drivers. Is there a problem or or are you gonna create one. Sorry
