Toolbar Buttons Disappear

Everytime my system reboots search bar, links,Goggle bar. They all disappear at top of page.Can fix it all am sure lock the tool bar is checked. But upon reboot there gone again. Thank You all for your help

dwsr1, It wouldn't hurt to go to the link below and under the letter "T" scroll down to "Toolbar - Missing" and download the run the "Toolbar Repair Utility".
