.tmp file is messing up comp

This .tmp file (jusnh38enfsfst4g.tmp) is messing up my computer. It crashes almost every program I try to launch, but after I delete it my program works fine. But the file comes back 3 minutes later. Is it possible to figure out what program the .tmp came from?

Repost this on Security, Virus Forum. I suspect it's some form of Malware ie.. virus, Trojan etc.

There is nothing to learn from someone who already agrees with you.
