Can someone help with a scanner driver for this scanner for use with Windows XP

That thing is older then dirt. I think you are wasting your time looking for an XP driver.

... my search reveals its the same as "colorado 19200 primax"(?) ... to download zip file click onto free user then wait untill countdown finishes then click download (1) unzip files to location run "setup" ... might be win2k driver and reboot (2) PLUG IN YOUR SCANNER (a) When windows has loaded up, plug in the scanner (b) Connect the USB lead (c) You should now see a box pop up saying "New Hardware found USB Colorado 9600" (or something similar) (d) The Hardware Installation wizard should now start automatically (3) HARDWARE INSTALLATION WIZARD (a) Click NO - you don't want to look on the internet (b) Click "install from a list or specific location" (c) Choose "Search for the best driver in these locations" (d) Tick the second box "Include this location in the search" ... sure you'll work it out! ...hope this works for you . . ...
