Time resets when I reboot

I have a new motherboard when I reboot my PC, sometimes the BIOS clock gets pused back 4 hours, the minutes doesn't change but just the hours.
I have change the CMOS battery with no improvements.

Not sure about this, but is the Windows clock set for the correct Time Zone ??

Its not usual, you have changed the battery, thats actually not required as only the hours change not the minutes. What I can recommend is that the CMOS might be bad and might need Flash update or replacement of the board.
