I just downloaded a rar file and when I clicked on its properties a message came up , saying this file is blocked by windows because it came from another computer , press OK to unblock. This is the first time this has happend , could anyone please give me a inforamation as to why now ?

here the windows warns you that the file has come from another computer and it can be a security threat...if you trust the source, press ok to unblock it...scan it for viruses first...
