There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk1\DR3.
pops up after an "eject"

Usually a matter of reassigning the drive letter.
This gives you the gist of doing that.

Once you get that sorted out, update to SP3.
Download XP SP3
