ok, i have a windows computer and my brother did something so when i right click on the desktop anywhere and in other places, it does not work. how would one fix this problem?
also, he put a little firewall protection against certain websites just to play around with me, and now i cant go to them, how do i make it so i can remove this firewall protection.
my brother wont tell me how to fix these, so my last chance is with your guys' help, thanks!

PS: he did this to get me mad. i want to prove to him i can fix it. thanks

First of all about the blocking websites- open up internet exploror (i'm guessing thats what you use) click on tools, then internet options, there is now a tab that says "restricted websites" , take all of them out, also, the privacy tab should be on medium. Actually, just under the security tab, click "default level" then push apply. now as for the rightclick....

one way is run system restore to b4 he did it.
start-programs-accessories-system tools-system restore. restore computer to an earlier time,
then choose one right b4 he made changes,
when restore is done your pc will restart
automatically.

In regards to the site not opening...you can also check your hosts file in windows/system32/drivers/etc

The only line that should be there is the reference to localhost.
