of...the print spooler doesn't work. i found on internet some solutions like: start/run/cmd/net start spooler and net helpmsg 2186. then i tried: start/control panel (classic view)/administrative tolls/services/print spooler and i received an error: error 1053 "the service did not respond to the start or request in a timely fashion". what should i do???
