The IE tabs at bottom of screen

Is there a way to make them smaller so that they don't bunch up into a group as soon as 7 pages are up? I'm sure with 98 the tabs were much thinner and more could be displayed along the bottom? Thanks for any advice :-)

Right click on the Taskbar and select Properties, remove the tick next to "Group similar taskbar buttons" Click Apply and Ok. Bryan
