the folders in my control panel open on start

Specs: Windows XP
When I start the computer up, 12 different windows are on the screen and they are from my control panel. I have run a virus scan and it got rid of 12 different things, but when I rebooted it did it again.

Any ideas?

Download, install, and run a full system scan with Malwarebytes Free:

After the scan, it will provide a scan log. Please copy/paste it into your next reply.

Also after Malwarebytes cleans up any threats, download, install, and open CCleaner:

On the Tools menu, go to the Startup section and click the "Save to text file button" located in the lower right. Save it to your desktop or something, then open it up and copy/paste the contents into your next reply.
