Whenever I try to cam or view a cam Error #2046 comes up. I've tried so many ways to correct this issue. I've even bought an online program that said it could solve this issue. I've download other browser along with other programs. Nothing has worked.

It's on a site and the webcam i'm using is a Microsoft plug in cam.

Do you know what the difference between viewing a video that's on the web or that you downloaded to your computer, and viewing a cam (= webcam or web camera or camera) live (real time) video or already recorded personal video is ?
I searched the web with Error 2046 and Microsoft LifeCam and found nothing significant.

Yes that's the site and I never said anything about a video. I said cams as in webcam viewing live feed or cam 2 cam on the site. I said when I try 2 broadcast that error 2046 comes up. I didn't say anything about a video. Its being viewed or viewing other live feed.

Did you try that Flash Player setting fix ?
(I've never gotten the Error 2046 for anything or needed to do that myself.)If you're not getting that error when you use your own webcam, only, it's got nothing to do with your own webcam or the software for it.
