Thank you for all your help. I am very sorry for not clearly stating my problem, I guess I was kind of nervous since my father uses the computer to work, and I didnt want anything bad to happen that would have impeeded him to work. I was able to erase ntuser and I guess that was what it changed my PC configuration, such as the wallpaper, locking the taskbar, etc. I used the trenmicro.com but it didnt find any trojan, I also used some programs like Anti Trojan Elite, and they didnt find anything either. I hope the trojan has been deleted from my PC. Now I am going to reinstall windows. This whole idea of the trojan came because my Norton Antivirus told me that I had been infected with a trojan horse located in C:/Document and Settings/Xp and when I saw files changing their size, I thought that was the trojan, the only thing that has happened is that y Norton Internet Security and Nav have been disabled, my wallpaper has been changed and it cant be restored, the taskbar cant be unlockedand my icons had been moved. Once again thank you for all your help and I am truly sorry for not stating clearly my problem. I hope you'll forgive me. In case this continues, I will format. Thank you

Hi Jorge,

You say you deleted ntuser ??

Do you mean the ntuser files that are in this folder:
\Documents and Settings\YourUserAccountName\
(the folder that is named like your account)

Those ntuser files should not be changed or deleted in any way! They contain the information for your UserAccount, so if you deleted them, the account becomes unusable. Check the recycle bin to see if the files are still in there. If they are, then select them, rightclick and select "restore" from the menu.

If you can't restore them, and you now have the problem that you can't get to the documents in that UserAccount folder, then let me know. I'll give you a step-by-step guide to give yourself permissions to access the folder.
