✔ Best Answer
Probably too simple but have you tried holding down the Control key and rotating the mouse scroll wheel?

Firefox (when it's working correctly) remembers settings for each webpage you visit.

There are font settings in Tools > Options > Content.

Derek, I tried your suggestion but it didn't work. I didn't know about the ctrl wheel, that will come in handy at times. I should have included in my question that I just bought a new monitor yesterday. I didn't have the problem on my old monitor. Thanks for you quick response.

Make sure your screen resolution is set to that which is native to your new monitor.
Right click desktop and select Screen Resolution.

Does it do the same on Internet Explorer? If so, are there any controls on the front of the monitor itself?

In the View > Zoom menu, ensure Zoom Text Only isn't checked, then Reset the zoom level.

Does this happen on pretty much every website, or a specific site that you can link us to? Which screen resolution are you using?

Apologies if I don't respond to your reply immediately. I don't check this site daily, but you're welcome to PM me as a reminder.
