The TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES folder, and the COOKIES folder . . . . where are they hidden in XP ?????

The temporary internet files folder can be accessed by either of the following. Right click on internet explorer go to properties, then under general tab you can delete cookies and temp internet files from there. haven't found the folder anywhere yet

Open windows explorer,there is a temporary internet folder for each user. click the + for local settings,for each user.

Use Interet Explorer/ Tools/ Internet Options/ Settings, etc.
Set all users to the same temp folder. Limit the days the folder is held, size of the folder.
Routinely empty this folder (and/ or Cookies, History, etc) using TWEAKUI.
